I’m making my way through your training program and am impressed with what the software can do.  You move at a pretty slow pace, which is perfect for most people, and I’m finding that this is an absolutely excellent way to absorb a new piece of software.  I have your video running in a window on top of the open AgentOffice, and as you’re going through doing things, I can pause the video, play around a bit in AgentOffice, and then continue the video.  It’s just like being in a class, but on MY time.  Your product is worth every penny.  Thank you!
