Agent Office (for new users)

Agent OfficeFormerly known as RE/MAX Agent 2000, The On-Line Agent, Executive Agent (for Realty Executives) and PowerPak 21 (for Century 21); this suite of software applications was re-branded by Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions (FNRES) as AgentOffice in late 2003.

All previous versions of AgentOffice have been Windows® compatible and as of Version 10.0 the program is now Vista® Compatible.  Although the program is not designed specifically to run on the Mac®, it can be run on any Mac® running the Power PC chip (which allows Mac® users to run Windows® applications).

In laymen’s terms, AgentOffice (A/O) does everything for a real estate agent with the exception of MLS access and an agent website.  However, AgentOffice can prepare paper CMA’s with many RETS Version 1.0 compliant MLS systems and it can create new contact records automatically from any website that sends leads in a V-card or .vcf format e-mail attachment.

What makes A/O unique is the seamless integration of contact management, word processing, scheduling, e-mail, desktop publishing, document storage, listing and sales management.  The workflow is so logical and superior to programs like Microsoft Office that you don’t have to be a computer genius to figure out how to get everything to work together.

The revolutionary real estate productivity and contact management software designed by agents for agents. It simplifies and automates the process of selling real estate. AgentOffice® guides you through the course of every day, reminding you of every call, appointment, house to show, and closing to prepare.
