Jim Casey

Jim Casey has been surrounded by the real estate business all of his life.

Since his childhood he has been involved in renovation and construction and he is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Architecture.

He became a licensed real estate agent in 1986 and began teaching and writing real estate courses in 1991 for PROSOURCE – one of the country’s premier licensing schools.

Jim was the first contract trainer ever hired by Coldwell Banker University and also managed a 60 Sales Associate office before launching his national speaking career in 1993.

Jim Casey has been a ground breaker in the area of real estate technology. As a lead instructor for Superstar Computing, Jim taught two-day, hands-on computer classes all over North America.

In 1995 he was hired by On-line Software (OLS) as the international spokesperson for their entire line of agent productivity software programs.

In 1998 Jim began Jim Casey Seminars based out of Minneapolis and has contracted with several technology companies including Fidelity National Information Services, Automation Quest, The Coaching Institute, NEXTEL, Egg Solutions, and Homes.com to deliver Real Estate Technology presentations highlighting a variety of software and hardware products nationwide

As the “Technology Evangelist” for OLS, Jim has spoken at numerous NAR, State and Local Conventions as well as hundreds of private events for RE/MAX, Century 21, Realty Executives, Keller Williams and Windermere.

Jim also wrote and produced the entire line of training videos for OLS and was the most frequently appearing technology trainer on the RE/MAX Satellite Network during that period.

Jim has also spoken at EVERY one of Craig Proctor’s Super Conferences for the past 13 years and counting.

When he is not speaking, Jim is an on-site consultant to some of the most successful real estate agents and teams in the United States.

Jim Casey’s highly contagious energy level, humorous teaching style and real world approach to sales and technology have made him one of the most sought after consultants in the real estate industry.
